Laughter and tears.
This book is a tale of two people who decided, in their 50s, to up sticks and move to a tiny village in northern Portugal. I am familiar with the area and the people, and I am sure that this is a genuine record of the laughter and tears, not to mention frustrations, that they experienced, and the wonderful friends that they made.
I highly recommend it, especially for anyone thinking of doing the same. I enjoyed it very much.
